How do I get started on print advertising? We are here to guide you through the process. From getting your art work done, to choosing materials, printing and production, we will communicate and work with you through each step.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for products? MOQ will vary between products. However, please be assured that we keep our MOQ low as opposed to what is found on b2b sites. Order quantities found on trading sites are ridiculously high and will be in the region between 50,000 - 100,000 for any given disposable product. We believe this is not a reasonable amount for any growing business.

Why don't you have a price list? We do not have a price list as we are a service provider. After production, all products have work added on (packing & printing etc.), so quotations for each items will be calculated individually.

What files are needed for custom printing? To get the highest quality print, Vector art is required to scale your art work without any loss of quality. A common Vector file extensions is .pdf.  (Please note that not all .pdf files are vector.) We are more than happy to work with you if you do not have an art work.  While not advised, we can work with other image files such as .jpg, but using these files could result in a loss of print quality. 

Will I get to check samples prior to production? Yes, after placing your order, we will first present you with a digital sample. You can make any changes before we submit your order into production.

Sample Requests - We are happy to send out samples. Please contact us using the Enquiry Form for any requests.

Delivery - We offer ground transportation, but we are happy to discuss your delivery requests.

Payments - We accept Cheques, Paypal and Bank Transfers.

International Shipping - We welcome any international orders, and are happy to discuss your shipping demands. We can also ship to freight forwarders if you already have one set up.

International Shipping Handling Fee - FOB, Port Klang, Malaysia
